Questions About Our Transmission Parts
We stock genuine new, used, and remanufactured parts for ZF, Allison, Carraro, Funk, Dana/Spicer, Twin-Disc, AxleTech, and Clark — covering a wide range of heavy-duty off-highway, industrial, bus, and construction applications.
As an authorized ZF Off-Highway distributor and remanufacturing center for over 30 years, we have direct access to parts that many shops simply can't source. If you need it, there's a strong chance we have it or can get it fast.
We work with a wide range of transmission models, including many legacy and hard-to-find units. While we can't guarantee availability on every discontinued part, our team has the sourcing experience and supplier network to track down components that other shops simply stop looking for.
Give us a call or send us the transmission model and serial number — we'll tell you exactly what we can do.
Yes. Our facilities are stocked and staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week specifically for this reason. We can ship same day, anywhere, because downtime doesn't wait for business hours.
If you're dealing with a machine that's already down, call us directly — don't wait on a web form.
OEM parts are made by the original manufacturer to exact factory specifications. Remanufactured OEM parts are original components that have been fully restored to those same specs — inspected, measured, cleaned, and rebuilt with replacement wear items. Aftermarket parts are made by third parties and vary widely in quality.
For heavy-duty applications, we recommend OEM or remanufactured OEM. The cost of a failed aftermarket part in a crane, bus, or forklift far outweighs any savings on the component itself.
Yes. All remanufactured OEM units and components we supply are backed by a standard 1-year warranty with unlimited hours.
Every unit goes through dynamometer testing before it leaves our facility — so the warranty reflects actual performance validation, not just a paperwork guarantee.
The more detail you have, the faster we can confirm the right part. At a minimum, the transmission model and serial number are essential — these tell us the exact build configuration of your unit.
Equipment make, model year, and application type (bus, forklift, crane, construction, etc.) are also helpful. If you're not sure where to find the serial number, our team can walk you through it.
Absolutely. That's one of the reasons fleet managers and independent shops come to us rather than trying to navigate a parts catalog alone.
Our technicians understand these transmission systems inside and out — they can diagnose from symptoms, cross-reference part numbers, and confirm compatibility before anything ships. Submit a parts request or call us directly and a real expert will respond, not an automated system.
Yes — we ship anywhere in the country. Our two facilities in Colmar, PA and Fort Myers, FL are stocked and operational around the clock to support fleets and operations no matter where they're located.
For international inquiries, contact us directly to discuss options.
Reach out directly. Our inventory is extensive but not everything is listed online. If we don't have a specific part in stock, we have the supplier relationships and sourcing experience to track it down — especially for ZF and other off-highway brands where we have direct distributor access.
Don't assume the part doesn't exist. Let us look first.
Yes, and in many cases it's the best path. We maintain a large inventory of core transmissions and exchange units, so we can often cross your core against an already-built unit and significantly cut your turnaround time.
If you're evaluating a rebuild vs. sourcing a parts kit, our team can help you figure out which route makes more financial and operational sense before you commit.
