Each phase of the testing process at Precision Transmission is carefully monitored. Testing programs are written and updated by ZF engineers on a continuous basis.
The multi-phase testing sequence for each remanufactured transmission includes an integrity inspection prior to assembly of all component parts. Once assembled, each transmission undergoes the same rigorous testing protocols used on ZF new production units.
